Central Government has notified the appointment of four Permanent Judge to the Telangana High Court.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri
(1) Enugula Venkata Venugopal @ E.V. Venugopal,
(2) Nagesh Bheemapaka,
(3) Pull a Karthik @ P. Elamadar,
(4) Kaja Sarath @ K. Sharath,
to be Judges of the High Court of Telangana, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices”
Telangana High Court has sanctioned strength of 42 judges, working with 27 judges only.
