The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has today i.e. 28.11.2024 apprehended accused Superintendent of CGST, Indore (MP) for demanding and accepting bribe of Rs. 15,000/- from the complainant.
A case was registered by CBI on 28.11.2024 against accused Superintendent of CGST, Indore (MP) on allegations that accused Superintendent demanded undue advantage of Rs.15,000/- from complainant for unblocking/ release of Input Tax Credit of GST.
CBI laid a trap and caught accused Superintendent of CGST, Indore while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.15,000/- from the complainant.
Searches are being conducted at the residential and official premises of the accused Investigation is continuing.
