The Rajasthan High Court has notified 58% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the year 2020 for High Court and 81% in District Court, amidst Covid pandemic.

The notification has notified CCR of last three years for High Court and various District Courts in the state of Rajasthan.

CCR is calculated on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

About Rajasthan High Court

The Rajasthan High Court is the High Court of the state of Rajasthan. It was established on 29 August 1949 under the Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949. The seat of the court is at Jodhpur. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 50.
