The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 88.13% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of September 2021 during virtual hearing in trial courts.
In the month of September 2021, the Trail Courts of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 52855 cases and the total no. of cases disposed were 46586. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 88.13 %.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

The Himachal Pradesh attained the Statehood in the year, 1971, and established its own High Court with Headquarters at “Revenswood”, Shimla, having one Hon'ble the Chief Justice and two Hon'ble Judges.
