The High Court of Bombay has organized Full Court Reference to condole the sad demise of Late Shri Jai Chinai, Senior Advocate and member of Bombay Bar Association, who passed away on Saturday, 15th April 2023.
The Notification issued by the High court has notified that “There will be Full Court Reference to be presided over by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice on Tuesday 20th June 2023 at 10.00 a.m. in Central Court Hall, Room No. 46, 2 nd Floor, High Court Main Building, in the memory of Late Shri Jai Chinai, Senior Advocate and member of Bombay Bar Association, who passed away on Saturday, 15th April 2023.”.
About Full Court Reference
A full court reference is held for departed senior lawyers and judges of the apex court as a mark of respect and remembrance for their service to the court and the legal profession.
