Court proceedings across Mumbai were abruptly disrupted after bomb threats prompted the evacuation of the Bombay High Court and multiple Magistrate Court complexes, leading authorities to suspend hearings and deploy bomb disposal squads, underscoring fresh security concerns in the judicial heart of the city.

The threats triggered immediate evacuation at key court complexes in Andheri, Bandra, and the Esplanade courts at Fort, as well as parts of the Bombay High Court premises. Judicial work was halted as a precautionary measure, with lawyers, litigants, court staff, and judges asked to vacate the buildings.

Bomb squads and security agencies were rushed in to conduct thorough search operations, while court administrations coordinated with law enforcement to assess the credibility of the threats and ensure safety before resuming normal functioning.
