The President of India has assented to the appointment of Shri Tuhin Kumar Gedela as Additional Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Tuhin Kumar Gedela, to be an Additional Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
