R. Abirami Vs. D. Santhanam & Ors.

[Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No(s.) 8149 of 2021]

The present petition has been filed at the instance of the complainant-victim assailing the order dated 20th September, 2021 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras quashing the FIR in Crime No. 07 of 2021 dated 6th May, 2021 and the criminal proceedings in exercise of its power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

We have heard the petitioner-in-person and learned counsel for the respondents for quite some time.

After taking into consideration the submissions made by the parties as well as the written submissions furnished by the petitioner-in-person at the time of arguments and on perusal of record, we find no reason to interfere.

Consequently, the special leave petition is dismissed. No costs.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
