APPELLANT(S) VERSUS O R D E R In this Interlocutory Application, notice was issued by this Court and Mr.Subhash Chandra Das, Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Dispur, Guwahati, Assam has filed a comprehensive affidavit on behalf of respondent no.2 in which it is mentioned that the entire dues of the appellant, which includes leave salary, G.P.F., D.C.R.G., pension, commutation of pension, interest on pension, interest on D.C.R.G., interest on commutation, interest on G.P.F. and costs of litigation, totaling Rs.44,80,010/-, have been paid to the appellant.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2-State of Assam, submits that 9% interest on G.I.S. would be paid within eight weeks from today.
2 In our considered view, no further directions are necessary.
This I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
