2. Ms. Mamta Bisht, learned D.A.G. assisted by Mr. Chandra Shekhar Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner in WPMS No.22651 of 1997 submits that there are related matters detailed as below:-

i. SA No. 66 of 1987.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner in WPMS No.22651 of 1997 further submits that the abovementioned cases are pending before the Court No.4 of Hon'ble Justice Mr. Rakesh Thapliyal, J., in which, arguments have been heard and files have been reserved for pronouncement of judgment. In the said situation, it would be wise that the present matters be also put up before the said Hon'ble Bench.

5. In view of above, let the record of these cases be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate direction regarding listing of these matters along with the related cases pending before the abovementioned Coordinate Bench.
