This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 14.01.2026 passed by First Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No.286/2023, whereby the appeal filed by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 11.09.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate-I, Dehradun, convicting the revisionist u/s 377 of IPC and sentencing him to two years R.I., has been rejected.

4. Admit the appeal.

5. Summon the TCR.

6. In view of the reasons indicated in the Exemption Application IA No.1/2026, same is allowed.

7. List on 09.03.2026.

8. Urgency Application IA No.2/2026 is disposed of.
