The instant writ petition was decided on 30.12.2025. Now, the correction application has been filed that in Para 6 of the judgment, in the last sentence, instead of respondent no.1, respondent no.2 has been typed.

The correction application is allowed. This clerical mistake is corrected and in the last sentence of the order dated 30.12.2025, in Para 6, the Figure '2' be replaced by figure '1'.

The Correction Application is allowed.

The order dated 30.12.2025 shall be read accordingly.
