Mr. Sandeep Sharma, AGA for the State. Mr. Vikas Anand, learned counsel for the applicant has pressed the short term bail application and refers to para 3 of the affidavit in support of the short term bail application, wherein it is stated that mother of the accused/applicant is in a very bad shape of health and is suffering from fourth stage cancer and it is necessary to take her for advance treatment.

Learned counsel for the applicant also referred to Annexure No.1 of the supplementary affidavit dated 26.01.2026, in which, there is a medical advice for referring to Surgeon/Oncologist for further treatment. In view of the urgent medical need, learned State Counsel is granted 24 hours' time to seek instructions.
