1. Mr. Faizan Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Vipul Painuli, learned AGA for the State.

3. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR dated 01.01.2026, registered as Case Crime No. 0001 of 2026, under Sections 2 (b)(1), read with Section 3 of the U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention ) Act, 1986, PS Bahadarbad, District Harirdwar.

4. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to an order dated 07.01.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPCRL No. 33 of 2026, pertaining to the same petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the same.

6. Admit.

7. In view of the above, as an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. In the event of non-cooperation, the interim protection so granted shall stand automatically vacated.
