2. Mr. Suyash Pant, and Mr. Devender Singh learned Standing Counsels and Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted three weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

5. Since an interim order has already been passed by the Coordinate Bench itself in WPSS No. 236 of 2026, hence there will be an interim order.

6. In the meantime, one post of Assistant Teacher (Science) under OBC category in Government Primary School, Bageshwar, shall be kept vacant, in case the posts are not filled up.

7. Urgency Application (IA No. 1 of 2026) and Interim relief application (IA No. 2 and

3) stand disposed of.
