2. Mr. N.K.Papnoi, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted three weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

4. Since an interim order has already been passed by the Coordinate Bench itself in WPSS No. 236 of 2026, hence there will be an interim order.

5. In the meantime, one post of Assistant Teacher for petitioner no.1 (Science, General category/Almora), petitioner no.2 (Art, General category/Almora), petitioner no.3 ( Art, SC category/Dehradun), petitioner no.4 (Science, OBC category/Tehri Garhwal), petitioner no.5 (Science, OBC category/ Almora), petitioner no.6 (Science, OBC category/ Almora), petitioner no.7 (Science, OBC category/ Almora), petitioner no.8 (Science, General category/Almora) and petitioner no.9 (Science, General category/ Pauri Garhwal), in the respective Government Primary Schools for respective subjects, district and cetegory, shall be kept vacant, in case the posts are not filled up.

6. Interim relief application (IA No. 2 and

3) and Urgency Application stand disposed of.

7. List this matter on 27.02.2026 along with other similar matters.
