3. Counter affidavit, if any, to be filed within three weeks.

4. Since similarly situated petitioners have filed petitions before this Court, namely WPSS Nos.159 of 2026 and 235 of 2026, an interim order in terms of the orders dated 27.01.2026 and 30.01.2026 is called for.

5. List this case on 27.02.2026 along with WPSS No.242 of 2026 and 243 of 2026.

6. In the meantime, one post of Assistant Teacher (Science), Primary School, under O.B.C. Category shall be kept vacant for the petitioner in District Almora, under O.B.C. Category in case the posts are not filled up.

7. Urgency Application (IA No.1 of 2026) and Interim Relief Application (IA No.2 of 2026) stand disposed of accordingly.
