3. Defects as pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

4. This C528 application has been filed by the applicant for setting aside the judgment and order dated 28.11.2019, passed by learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, Nainital in Criminal Case No.7501 of 2013, Dungar Singh Karki Vs. Chandan Singh, under Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881.

5. Applicant is present before this Court and respondent is present through video conferencing.

6. A compounding application has been filed in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

7. Respondent - Dungar Singh Karki is present through video conferencing, who is duly identified by Mr. Shariq Khurshid, Advocate. On an interaction with the respondent, he made a statement before this Court that he has entered into a compromise with the applicant and there is nothing left to be received from him.

8. Compounding Application (IA No.2 of 2026) stands allowed.

9. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties the C528 application stands allowed. Consequently the judgment and order dated 28.11.0219 passed by learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, Nainital in Criminal Case No.7501 of 2013, Dungar Singh Karki Vs. Chandan Singh, under Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881, is hereby set aside and all the consequential proceedings of the said case are hereby quashed.

10. Let applicant be released if he is not required in any other case.

11. Urgency Application (IA No.1 of 2026) stands disposed of accordingly.
