1. The present writ petition is directed against

order dated 13.08.2025 passed by Debts Recovery

Tribunal in O.A. No.217 of 2022.

2. Concededly, the order is appellable under

Section 18 of The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act,

1993.

3. Consequently, we decline to examine the

challenge and relegate the petitioner to the alternative

remedy available under the Act.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of

accordingly.

5. Pending application, if any, also stands

disposed of.
