  ORDER :

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed with the

following prayers:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned E-Tender Notice bearing letter no.06/Kar Anu/2025-26 dated 01.04.2026 (annexed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition and marked on page no.18 to 25) issued by the respondents.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner within a time-bound period, in accordance with law.

(iii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider granting appropriate extension of the contract period and/or

reimbursement/compensation for the financial losses suffered by the petitioner due to the acts and omissions of the respondents"

3. Ms. Mamta Bisht, learned counsel for the

petitioner, after making brief submissions, prays for

withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner

to avail other remedies.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of

as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer.

5. Pending application(s), if any, also stands

disposed of.
