Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Ms. Swati Verma, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to advertise four vacant posts of Assistant Teacher of different subjects.

4. Petitioner submits that petitioner has moved an application on 19.12.2025, but still no permission has been granted, new session has started and the students are the ultimate sufferer of non-granting of permission for fresh appointment of the Teachers.

5. Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted three days' time to seek instructions as to why such permission is not granted to the petitioner-Institution.

6. Put up on 15.04.2026 as fresh.
