The appellant proposes to challenge the judgment and order dated 17.04.2025, passed in Special Sessions Trial No. 20 of 2019, State Vs. Preetam Singh, by the court of Special Judge (Gangsters Act)/Session Judge, Nainital. By it, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986. The appeal is delayed by 98 days. A Delay Condonation Application, IA No.1 of 2025, has been filed.
