1. Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Mr. Rohit Gaur, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. B.M. Pingal, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Both the parties are present in court. In compliance of the previous order this court makes an effort for their amicable settlement. Admittedly, they were married in the year 2004 and living separately since 2005 and there are no issues.

4. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court as well of this court admittedly it is a dead marriage.
