2. Mr. P.S. Bisht, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State.
3. The appellant proposes to challenge the judgment and order dated 28.06.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No.907 of 2017, Raju Thapa Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, by the learned Single Judge of this Court. There is a delay of 20 days.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties on the delay condonation application (CLMA No.12735 of 2018).
5. What is important to notice that the instant appeal was filed in the year 2018 and once the judgment was already reserved, but till date, the delay has not been condoned.
6. Learned counsel for the State has no objection, if the delay condonation application is allowed.
7. Having considered the grounds taken in the affidavit enclosed with the delay condonation application, this Court is of the view that there is a good ground to condone the delay, therefore, the delay in preferring the appeal is condoned and the delay condonation application stands allowed accordingly.
