3. In these appeals, on the last occasion, it was indicated that the impugned judgment records that all the trials were consolidated. Although, in para 2 of the impugned judgment, it is recorded that four sessions trail are being decided by a common judgment, as they relate to the same FIR.

4. On these aspects, arguments were heard today, however, they remain unconcluded.
