3. Ms. Ruchika Negi, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
4. Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 appearing through V.C.
5. This writ petition was decided vide judgment dated 24.04.2025. Today, matter is listed on a review application.
6. After arguing for a while Mr. Siddhartha Sah, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw Review Application with liberty to file review before learned Single Judge. He further submits that whatever time was spent in pursing the remedy before this Court, may be exempted.
7. Review application is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the review applicant to move for review before learned Single Judge. Applicant shall also be at liberty to claim benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act.
8. Accordingly, Review application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
