This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 09.05.2023, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Nainital, in Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2023, Suhel Ahamad Vs. State and another, as well as judgment and order dated 23.11.2023, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital, in Criminal Case No.1113 of 2021, Kuldeep Singh Vs. Suhel Ahmad, under Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881.

4. As per Office report, there is a delay of 449 days in filing the present criminal revision.

5. Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable within four weeks.

6. Steps to be taken within a week.
