The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned

Brief Holder for the State, and the learned counsel for the

second respondent.

2) Learned counsel for the State would submit that

they have filed a compliance affidavit on 22.08.2024, and

would also draw attention of this Court towards Annexure

2025:UHC:3458-DB No. CA-3 to demonstrate the work undertaken to unclog

the drains.

3) The learned counsel for the petitioner would

admit the same. The photographs also reveal that the

filth from the drains has been removed and dumped on

the roadside. So, we advice the deponent to ensure

prompt removal of the filth from the roadside and ensure

that the area is not filled with stench.

4) The learned counsel for the petitioner would

also admit that the work has been executed.

5) In that view of the matter, the petition does not

call for further orders. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (PIL)

stands closed.
