                                 JUDGMENT

Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral)

By means of the instant petition, the

petitioners seek the following reliefs:-

"i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to treat the entire services of the petitioners as daily wager with effect from their initial date of appointment and consequently consider their claim for regularization on the post occupied by them or on any other equivalent posts w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay them all consequential benefits.

ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and property under the facts and circumstances of the case.

iii) Award the cost of the Writ Petition to the present petitioners."

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the record.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the

petitioners would submit that the matter is squarely

covered by the judgment dated 06.01.2025, in bunch of

writ petitions, leading one WPSS No.436 of 2024, Ajay

Kumar and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others.

4. This fact is admitted by the learned counsel for

the respondents.

5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is

decided in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.2025,

passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS

No.436 of 2024, Ajay Kumar and others vs. State of

Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases.
