JUDGMENT :

(per Mr. G. Narendar, C.J.)

Learned Chief Standing Counsel submits that the

petitioner is L-1; that the work involved is of a small sum of

Rs. 2.52 Lacs for connecting an important approach road to

the Gola Bridge and; that in view of the approaching

monsoon, expeditious execution of the work is necessary.

2. In that view, the submission of the learned Chief

Standing Counsel is placed on record.

3. The writ petition is allowed. In the event of the

work being allotted to the petitioner, the petitioner shall

expedite the execution of the work and complete the same

expeditiously and at any rate, before the onset of the

monsoon, i.e., on or before 15th July, 2025.

4. The writ petition stands ordered accordingly.

5. The work order and other paper works shall be

completed by the respondents within three days. The

petitioner shall also cooperate and furnish all details as

required within three days.

6. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the

respondents by way of e-mail forthwith.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
