 Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral)

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the

following reliefs:-

"I. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent to grant the promoted Pay Scale (Grade Pay of Rs. 5400) to the petitioner from 24.05.2024, arrear with interest, details were given in paragraph no. 7 of the writ petition.

II. Issue a suitable writ order or direction in the nature, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

III. Award the cost of the petition and may be given to the petitioners."

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

matter is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated

11.04.2027 passed by this Court in WP (S/S) No. 602 of 2014, Deep

Chandra Badhani and others v. State of Uttarakhand and others, and

other connected matters.

4. Learned State Counsel, under instructions, would submit

that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in

the case of Deep Chandra Badhani (supra). The instruction received by

the learned State Counsel from the Department has been tendered for

perusal of the Court. Let it be taken on record.

5. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is decided in

terms of the judgment and order dated 11.04.2017 passed by this

Court in WP (S/S) No. 602 of 2014, Deep Chandra Badhani and others

v. State of Uttarakhand and others, and other connected matters.
