JUDGMENT :
(per Mr. Alok Mahra, J.)
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would
submit that the petitioner has moved an application
under Section 141 of the L.R. Act before the Sub
Divisional Magistrate, Laksar for demarcation of the
disputed land. He has further contended that when the
Lekhpal and other officers visited the disputed land for
demarcation, then respondent no.3 and other persons
disrupted the whole survey proceedings.
3. In such view of the matter, the Sub Divisional
Magistrate, Laksar would be at liberty to ask the help of
the police personnel on the next date when he orders for
demarcation of the disputed property.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of
accordingly.
