IN THE HIGH COURT OF UTTARAKHAND
                AT NAINITAL

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI G. NARENDAR
                                 AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ALOK MAHRA

SPECIAL APPEAL NO. 63 OF 2025

                              06TH MAY, 2025

Committee of Management, Raja
Mahendra Pratap Prem Vidhalaya
(PG) Degree College and another ...... Appellants

Versus

State of Uttarakhand & others ...... Respondents

Counsel for the appellants : Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel

Counsel for the respondents : Ms. Rajni Supyal Latwal, learned
                                         Brief Holder for the State

: Mr. Nitin Tewari, learned counsel
holding brief of Mr. C.K. Sharma,
learned counsel for respondent No. 3

The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)

The order impugned is dated 30.04.2024. The

writ petition is preferred in 2025. That the writ petition

appears to be in response to a reminder dated

19.02.2025, i.e., for nearly a year the petitioners have

scant regard to the authority, and have apparently not

2025:UHC:3503-DB followed the regulations imposed upon them. Such an

attitude in the public domain which constitutes a direct

disregard to the authority is impermissible. It is also seen

that as per Annexure-5 to the writ petition, a reminder

was also issued in November 2024. Hence, we do not see

any mitigating circumstance or ground which warrants

interference with the order of the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the special appeal stands rejected.

2) The Director, Higher Education, Uttarakhand

shall enforce strict implementation of the impugned order

dated 30.04.2024.

3) As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions,

if any pending, shall stand closed.
