JUDGMENT :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
learned Brief Holder for the State and learned counsel
for respondent no.1.
2. The petition came to be instituted being
aggrieved by the grant of rights to ferry passengers to a
particular organization running taxies, during the
Purnagiri fair.

3. This Court, after hearing, was pleased to issue
directions and further directed the respondents to permit
all taxi operators.
4. It is now submitted that the fair is over and
the contract, awarding rights to ferry passengers, has
also come to an end and in that view, the writ petition
has been rendered infructuous.
5. The submission is placed on record.
6. Writ petition is disposed of as having been
rendered infructuous.
7. The hard disk supplied may be returned to Ms.
Rajni Supyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
