1. Mr. Sagar Kumar, learned counsel, holding brief of Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, appears through V.C.

4. The petitioners are praying for the following relief(s):

i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to treat the entire services of the petitioners as daily wager with effect from their initial date of appointment and consequently consider their claim for regularization on the post occupied by them or on any other equivalent posts w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay them all consequential benefits.

ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

iii) Award the cost of the Writ Petition to the present petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue, as raised in the present petition, is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in bunch of Writ Petitions leading one Writ Petition (SS) No. 436 of 2024, "Ajay Kumar and Others versus State of Uttarakhand and Others, decided on 06.01.2025.

6. Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, learned counsel for the respondents, fairly 2025:UHC:4974 submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment.

7. In view of the statement as given above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in bunch of Writ Petitions leading one Writ Petition (SS) No. 436 of 2024, "Ajay Kumar and Others versus State of Uttarakhand and Others, decided on 06.01.2025.
