Mr. Gaurav Pawar, learned counsel holding brief of Ms. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Learned counsel for the State has placed before this Court a report from Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun, which is taken on record. He further submits that the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application has rendered infructuous as applicant- Babita has been acquitted by the learned Additional Ist Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun vide judgment and order dated 18.08.2018 under Sections 323, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

4. In view of the above statement of learned counsel for the State, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application is dismissed as infructuous.
