The proposed Revision has been filed by the revisionist - defendant against the judgment and decree dated 23.04.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Small Cause Court (District Judge), Pauri Garhwal in SCC Suit No.9 of 2023, by which, the said suit has been decreed.

2. Heard Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the proposed revisionist and Mr. Narendra Bali, learned counsel for the respondent - caveator.
