4. By means of the present C482 application, the applicant has put to challenge the impugned judgment and order dated 30.11.2021 in Criminal Case No.2011 of 2021, Lalit Chandra Arya Vs. State and Others, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Nainital, whereby, the complaint filed by the applicant has been rejected under Section 203 Cr.P.C. as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 14.07.2022 in Criminal Revision No.10 of 2022, Lalit Chandra Arya Vs. State and Others, passed by learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Nainital, whereby, the said revision was dismissed by affirming the order dated 30.11.2021.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at Bar that now nothing survives in the present C482 application for the reason that the Forest Department has already lodged a complaint i.e. H2 2025:UHC:4685

challane against unknown persons and the investigation against them is still going on.

6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, nothing remains to be decided in the present C482 application and the same is accordingly closed.
