(per Sri G. Narendar, C.J.) Withdrawal Application (IA No. 06/2025) is preferred by the appellant, praying to withdraw the present Appeal, in view of the parties having arrived at an out of Court settlement. IA No. 06/2025 is taken on record.

2. Counsel for the appellant would also reiterate the same. The submission of learned counsel is placed on record.

3. Accordingly, IA No. 06/2025 is allowed, and the present Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
