List this matter on 23.09.2025. Heard on Interim Relief Application, IA

It is the case of the petitioner that he has been working with the respondent no.2 establishment since 2013; his services need to be regularised, which has not been done. His services ought to have been regularized in view of the judgment passed by this Court in WPSB No.616 of 2018, Narendra Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand.

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner claim for regularization, but no decision has been taken on it.

By means of the interim relief application, the petitioner seeks directions that the respondents may be directed not disturb the petitioner from discharging his duties Having considered, as an interim measure, till the next date of listing, the respondent authorities are directed not to disturb the services of the petitioner till a decision is taken on the regularization application. At the same time, he shall not be replaced by any other outsource person.

Interim relief application stands disposed of, accordingly.
