Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the respondents have processed their application for revival of the license and the license has been revived.

2. In that view, the petitioner desires to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The submission is placed on record.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
