SHO, Ranipur, District Haridwar-respondent no.4 through

V.C.

2. We have interacted with the corpus. On a

query, Corpus would submit that she is living with

respondent no.5/Suraj Saini on her own sweet will; that,

she is 25 years of age; that, she has got married with

respondent no.5 on 26.01.2025; that, they are living as

husband and wife since last six months.

3. The submissions of the Corpus are placed on

2025:UHC:6354-DB

record.

4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus

stands dismissed.
