Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This criminal misc. application has been filed

by the applicant for quashing the orders dated

06.01.2024 passed by learned court of Judicial

Magistrate, Vikasnagar, Dehradun in Criminal Complaint

Case No. 730 of 2023 and also to quash/set-aside the

judgment and order dated 04.10.2024 passed by learned

court of Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Vikasnagar, Dehradun in Criminal Revision No. 04 of

2024, Ravindra Nath Lakharwal Vs. State of Uttarakhand

and Others.

3. Earlier an application under Section 156(3) of

Cr.P.C. was filed by the applicant before the Court of

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun on

11.05.2023, which was registered as Misc. Case No. 730

of 2023. The said application was dismissed by the

Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar under Section 203

Cr.P.C. Against the said order, the applicant filed

Criminal Revision, which was registered as Criminal

Revision No. 4 of 2024. The said criminal revision has

also been dismissed vide judgment and order dated

04.10.2024. Hence, this criminal misc. application.

4. Perusal of the impugned orders passed by the

learned Magistrate reveals that he has considered and

discussed all relevant aspects. Thus, the view taken by

the learned Magistrate, cannot be faulted. Learned

Revisional Court was thus justified in dismissing the

Revision Petition. Thus, this Court does not find any

reason to interfere with the impugned orders.

5. Accordingly, the criminal misc. application

fails and is hereby dismissed.
