1. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State / respondent no. 1 and 3.
3. Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
4. By the instant writ petition, petitioners are praying for the following reliefs:
"A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation on the respective posts occupied by them or on any other equivalent post w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay them all consequential benefits."
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the University submit that issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others)
6. In view of the submissions as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others).
