3. By means of the present C528 application, the applicant has challenged the order dated 14.03.2023, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar in Misc. Criminal Case No.130 of 2022, Shakir Ali Vs. Sachin Arora & others, passed under Section 156(3) of C.P.C., whereby the application moved by the applicant under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. was rejected as well as judgment dated 18.09.2024, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Revision No.51 of 2023, Shakir Ali Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others, whereby the order passed by the trial court was affirmed.

4. Issue notice to the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4, returnable within six weeks.

5. Steps to be taken within three days.

6. The respondents may file their counter affidavit within six weeks.
