                                   Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J.

Mr. Anil K. Bisht, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. Mr. B.S. Koranga, learned B.H. for the State.

3. In view of the grounds stated, delay condonation application (IA/2/2025) is allowed. Delay in filing the review application is condoned.

4. Also heard on the review application (IA/1/2025) moved on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 6-State.

5. The applicant seeks review of order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in WPSS No.1694 of 2024.

6. Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the impugned judgment, this Court is of the opinion that there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Learned State Counsel also could not point out any valid ground so as to review the order passed by this Court. The review application fails and the same is dismissed.
