Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has passed on to this Court a copy of judgment and order 08.01.2024 passed by this Court in WPMS No.3579 of 2023 Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited Vs. Presiding Officer Labour Court and Another and submits that the present matter is squarely covered by the said judgment.
