3. Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The present criminal miscellaneous application filed under C528 of BNSS, challenging the impugned judgment and final order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun, passed in Criminal Revision No.65 of 2025 "Smt. Usha Mittal and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others", emanating from the proceedings/orders initiated under Section 145/146(1) CrPC by the court of learned City Magistrate, Dehradun.

5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

6. Admit.

7. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

8. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and final order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun passed in Criminal Revision No.65 of 2025 "Smt. Usha Mittal and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others", shall remain stayed.
