Ms. Sukhwani Singh and Ms. Ishita Dhela, learned counsels for the Applicants.

2. A Modification Application (IA No. 03 of 2025) has been filed by the Applicants seeking correction/modificaton of paragraph no. 10 of the judgment and order dated 15.07.2025. The applicant prays that the words "entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 117 of 2024, Sumit Sachdeva vs. Firm Karshni Handloom Trading Company and Others pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital qua the Applicants" be replaced with the correct words "entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 117 of 2024, "Sumit Sachdeva vs. Firm Karshni Handloom Trading Company and Others", pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital is stayed qua the Applicant", and that the said order dated 15.07.2025 be corrected accordingly.

3. Upon consideration, the Modification Application is allowed.

4. Paragraph no. 10 of the order dated 15.07.2025 shall now be read with the corrected words "entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 117 of 2024, "Sumit Sachdeva vs. Firm Karshni Handloom Trading Company and Others", pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital is stayed qua the Applicant" in place of "entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 117 of 2024, Sumit Sachdeva vs. Firm Karshni Handloom Trading Company and Others pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital qua the Applicants".

5. The order dated 15.07.2025 stands corrected accordingly.
