Mr. T.A. Khan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Mohd. Shafy, learned counsel for the Applicant.

2. Mr. Girish Chandra Joshi, learned AGA for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Present C528 Application has been filed by the Applicant-Rakesh Mehra, son of Sh. Harbansh Lal Mehra for a direction to the court of Judicial Magistrate II Haridwar to dispose of the application moved by the Applicant and his daughters for defreezing the accounts positively on the next date fixed in the matter relating to the FIR No.177 of 2022 registered at P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar in Criminal Case No.3419 of 2022.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. Learned counsel for the Applicant makes a submission that the Application for defreezing of the accounts may be decided by the court below as early as possible.

6. The grounds seem to be sufficient. The matter has been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 05.08.2025.

7. In view of above, in the light of the judgment dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Judicial Magistrate II, Haridwar is directed to decide the application moved by the Applicant and his daughters for defreezing the accounts on the next date fixed pursuant to the FIR No.177 of 2022 registered at P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar in Criminal Case No.3419 of 2022 as early as possible.

8. With this observation the instant C528 Application stands disposed of.

9. Let the certified copy of this judgment be issued to the counsel for the parties today itself on payment of usual charges.
